Drilling carries a hefty environmental price (Press & Sun-Bulletin)
No person ever diagnosed with cancer will fell free and happy until they know their diagnosis is under control and managed properly. With that in mind, it is worth considering some factors that will aggravate the present negative emotions; allowed to get out of control, these negative emotions can cause a lot of trouble later on Radon Tester increasing toxicity levels and stressing out one's nervous system rendering it incapable of further coping with life's everyday stresses.
One of these factors with considering is stress.
Stress is a term widely used in our current fast-paced society. Often the daily demands placed on us build up and accumulate to a point where it is almost impossible to cope. Job pressures, family arguments, financial pressures, deadlines- these are common examples of ' stressors'. Actually a stressors maybe almost anything which creates a disturbance, including exposure to heat or cold, environmental toxins, toxins produced by microorganisms, physical trauma and of course strong emotional reactions.
The mere diagnosis of cancer carries such negative conotations that it automatically drives one to experience the highest levels of stress, let alone the allopathic treatments following the diagnosis. This reaction is normal to a certain extent; one needs to be aware of what is going on and introduce specific lifestyle changes that will keep this reaction under control.
Stress influences many biological and biochemical processes that begin in the brain and spread through nearly all body systems- including the adrenals, thyroid, neurotransmitter systems, digestive system, and heart. Consistent stress over long periods of time can become a serious threat to maintaining life long wellness as so much energy is channeled into coping, ultimately leading to exhaustion.
A variety of nutritional supplements ( vitamin C, B complex, mineral complex) can help ease the feeling of stress and normalize the body's activities that are impacted by the stress response.
Other well researched and documented techniques that might be helpful in these cases are: meditation and relaxation techniques yoga, regular exercise and a well- balanced nutritional program that brings all systems back to balance so the whole body can cope better towards full cancer recovery.
